Slow menus when no tv playing (1 Viewer)

Hello All.

Media Portal menus are very slow when they no tv playing.. like 1-2 fps I changed scrol speed to 50fps but its still slow.. When I use live tv menus are fast and useable.. is they setting to stop this?
