Slow tuning (1 Viewer)

I have 2 FireDTV S2.

In MediaPortal 1.2.3
When tuning between channels in the same transponder i takes about 5-7 sec. to change channel.
When tuning between channels in different transponder i takes about 15- 25 sec to change channel.
When using FireDTV Viewer it takes about 3-5 sec to change channels regardless in what transponder the channel is.
As i see it, the slow tuning is a MediaPortal problem. So now I wonder if there is a solution to this problem and hopefully it´s only some settings to be done. Anyone who know how to fix this problem?

Have you disabled Microsoft Security Essentials as well as firewall stuff?

I had this and adding exceptions in the antivirus to all the MP processes and directories, plus the timeshifting and recorded tv directories corrected the problem. Which was odd because it always worked fine up until that point without having to do any of that.
