Smooth Stream or ISM files (1 Viewer)

Just Wondering if Online Videos can/will support ISM files.
These are fragmented files, with an XML Manifest showing where to grab the chunks from.
E.G.

I'd also like to support that format (used by silverlight), and it will work with Onlinevideos as soon as there is a free or opensource directshow source filter available for it.
