[Solved] ADS Tech Instant TV DVB-T PCI not recognized (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have just received an ADS Tech Instant TV DVB-T PCI as a second tuner for my HTPC. Unfortunately, i can not add it to mediaportal. When i click "add" in the capture card definition list, the board doesn't appear.

I have tried the drivers bundled with the board on a cd rom. the version is 4.0.108.0. I have the dowloaded the latest drivers from ads site. they are 4.0.108.2. Still no luck .....

What should i do ?

Note that i have found the board into the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file ...

I found the solution by myself :
1 - remove all the drivers with the ads tech removal tool
2 - reinstall the latest drivers from the web site
3 - Install the Instant TV DVB-T Application

It seems that the board won't be recognized by MP if the tv appli from ads tech is not installed ....

Probably just an issue with what gets installed with the application, not a MediaPortal thing.

Of course, it is clear to me that the drivers and appli of this board doesn't seem very clean, i have add a lot of error with the provided softs for this board before trying to play with it with mp.
