Every time I start MP , it starts, then shows a windows error box, saying "Corrupt Data!" - OK is the only button, pressing it closes MP
    - what can I do ?

error.log says nothing new, just lists disabled plugins

even worse: my "mediaportal configuration" is able to load randomly, other times it just crashes with the same message as MP.
it may load fine once, I save the config, then fail two times in a row, before succeeding to load again...

The problem went away after rebooting -... the real windows experience - damn, I would love MP for Linux.

    Hi Al_Capone

Could it be bad hardware? Just seems strange. If it were me I'd run a memtest...

since the forum add ed my reply to my first post - I am not sure if you've seen the "solution" (reboot)
    - yes - It may be time for a memtest86 (it's been done last time half a year ago, when I upgraded MB/CPU/RAM)

    Thank you.
