The screenshot is insufficient to answer your question.

Additional screenshots are required:

1. Tuner settings, showing whether TV Server is allowed to use your tuners for EPG grabbing?
2. TV EPG grabber settings, showing which channels are ticked/unticked.

Note: since you've only enabled the timeshifting/recording EPG grabber, you have to view live TV or schedule a recording if you want the EPG to be updated.
