Sorry - skim reading.

1. Click start and navigate to Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server folder.

2. Select "TV-Server Log Files".

3. Zip up those files and post.

Alternatively:

1. Open Windows Explorer.

2. Copy + paste c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log\ into the address bar.

3. Zip up those files and post.
