I have the same problem; I found a lead here ( Assembly load error - LEAD Support Forum ) that says "in a 64-bit environment, standard DLLs cannot be loaded by a .Net application".I'm working on trying to get IIS7 and ASP.Net to run as 32-bit.Is there anyone out there running this successfully on Win64?
