Using Media Portal 1.6 with a TBS DVB-S2 TV card, when I run the WebEPG TV guide update (from Media Portal Configuration), and then save the results, the TV Guide does not always contain results for all channels.
I tried logging out of Media Portal and then back in, but it made no difference.
It's set to use the Radio Times details.
For example, when I ran it yesterday, BBC1 and BBC4 did not update. Tonight, I repeated that and only BBC 4 did not update out of those two.
BBC2, BBC3, Five, Five* and Five USA are other examples of channels with intermittent problems updating.
I'm using the TV card with Freeview Freesat, so no encrypted channels.
I'd like to get a minimum of 10 days at a time, but preferably 14 days.
Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can get a consistent experience with the TV guide?
