To play DVDs, I usually use VLC player, which has worked well for every single iso on my HDD and regular DVD discs.
I installed MediaPortal yesterday and I could play regular DVD discs but only a few of my iso files. Some iso files work without a hitch, while others only have sound with black / green / blocky screen. I've removed and installed various codec packs including: CCCP, K-lite, and Vista Codecs. I tried using PowerDVD8, AnyDVD, dvd43 but I still have the same problem: some images play and some don't. I've also installed different versions of Catalyst drivers.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
