Some form of a drop down menue? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

is it possible to create some form of a sub menue or a drop down menue?

I want to group menues in e.g: "View" and when i click on it, a submenue appears and ic can select "Structure", oder sort, etc...

is this possible?

yes, look e.g. at the skin foofaraw, it has such menus everywhere
