SOme help regarding getting my remote to work! (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

I am trying to get my remote to work which I got with: Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 MCE

It is a MCE remote control, but everytime I put the Transmitter into the USB Slot, it never finds the drivers.

I have the following pic to show you how it looks:

I have searched and searched all day for drivers/software, but have had no luck, and the pc is so close to going out of the window!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Hauppauge MCE remote drivers are part of the installation.

That 2nd link is for Vista?

And 1st link if for XP Home

Formatting later though, hopefully works then.

Is there a driver for XP Pro?

The top of the page says 'Support for Windows XP/Vista Media Center Edition', so even though all the screen shots are for Vista, I'm guessing the actual drivers also work on XP, can't hurt to give it a go...

Doesnt work, Ask for the drivers, I select the folder and it just say cant find software
