Hi,
I have upgraded from MP 1.0.0 to 1.0.2.
In MP 1.0.0 sometimes TV did not record. I assumed, that it had some issues with the TV-service.
I have improvements in speed in the GUI with 1.0.2 and it seems to record all programmed movies. However, sometimes (one out of 10) I can not watch the recorded TV, not in MP nor with VLC or similar. It looks like that it hangs at the beginning with pixeling. I use .ts format but never had this issue with MP 1.0.0 (only that sometimes - one out of 20 - did not record).

A 2nd issue is, that if I stopped watching a recorded movie I could not delete it.

With MP 1.0.0 I had
ATI CCC 8.12
SAF 3.47
PVRScheduler 1.7
recording to HDD.

Now with MP 1.0.2 I have
ATI CCC8.5
SAF 3.6
PVRScheduler 1.7.3.
recording to RAMdisk 1GB (split to 200MB, min. 4 max. 5 files).

I do also stopping and starting of the TVServer service after every wakeup of the system which should not bother the recording, as it is done long enought before start of recording.

Can you please help me?

Thanks

bart

Hi,
I did a fresh installation of MP 1.0.2.
Same. 1 out of 12 recordings does not work.

In TsWriter.log I have the messages
Recorder: RECORD Info : Program clock reference backward jump ( -28124 ).

for this not working recording.

Can anybody help?

I attached the log files (reduced to important messages).

thanks
bart
