Some settings gone when updating MP (1 Viewer)

Every time I update MP some of my settings are gone in Titan. For instance:

Chosen movie plugin
Enable latest ...
Confirm timeshift stop
Use coloured buttons in TV-guide
Use genres in TV-guide
Show frame around chosen program
Genres colormap

Probably some other stuff too. Why isn't that saved with the other settings?
