Some tv episodes dont get added (1 Viewer)

Fore some reason some of the tv episodes i try to add dont get added? iis it prehaps the way they are named or structured? how should they be named and what is the correct layout for episodes with regards to the folders they in?
i curently have series/season/episode.avi

Well, if you go into config and do a parsing test it'll tell you if its because of naming, if the episodes in quesion appear red there then its indeed because they are named differently.

You need to give concrete examples, post them in the request thread and if they work POST THE RESULT in the EXCHANGE THREAD. Sorry for caps, but nobody does this :-(

ok thanks. i just got a batch renamer and sorted them all out that way.

try to rename the folder to "DuckTales"

The problem is most likely to do with the "Season 1 - Episode 44" style. Change that to "S01E44" and you should be set.

Or you could add a simple parsing expression to teach the plugin how to tread those and thus avoid the renaming ;-)

Is there a guide to writing these expressions?

(like what fields you need to pull out?)
