The 'sort by date' feature does currently work if you have a program to change the date created in the windows file system.The reason I added the new feature request was to allow the sorting date to be more definate and not have to use third party programs to play around with the dates in the windows file system.The above feature request has been accepted and has been tentatively scheduled for 0.9.0You are correct in that 0.8.0 will make major changes/advances as to how the subsystem. However, will not change the sorting by date method.
