Sort Names displayed not pretty names (1 Viewer)

Much like the chap in this thread - https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/my-tvseries-162/sort-field-ignored-85104/ - I'm having problems with my Star Trek series. Originally they were displaying the names correctly but sorted alphabetically.

I changed the sort by names to Star Trek, Star Trek 2 and Star Trek 3 (for TOS, TNG and DS9). They now sort into the right order (I have the sort by sort name not pretty name checked) but display the sort name instead of the pretty name.

Am I missing something obvious like a "Display Pretty Name" button somewhere?

No replies suggests that I'm not supplying enough information Is there anything else I can provide (screenshots of settings etc.) that would help?
