Sorting channels and restoring (1 Viewer)

I've just installed the TV server (reinstalled) and have the xmltv plugin enabled. How do i sort the channels by number? I have them all renamed to the channel names. Also in the xmltv plugin it has a mapping option, i did all that then exported the info, is it possible to import it so i dont have to do it again?
