One at a time I looked at each of my videos with gspot and installed the latest versions of the necesary codec but no matter what I did I couldn't get any video to play in either 64bit or 32bit media player.The next thing I did was search for vista codecs and came accross &quot;Vista Codec Package v4.2.9&quot; and &quot;x64Components v1.0.3&quot;. Straight away I could play all my movies without a problem in Media Player and Media Centre.But when I try and play anything in Media Portal the sound plays but the video is blank. I have tried every thing I can think of and I'm really desperate to start using it again so I don't have to get my fat ass off the couch.</blockquote>
