Sound when 2x forwarding (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody,

With an older version of MP some years ago (can't remember which) I could hear an "accelerated" sound when forwarding recorded TV at 2x speed. I can do it now with another MediaCenter, but I can't with MP 1.2.

Isn't it possible with the MP codecs? What codecs should I use to get this?

The sound is muted by design in current versions of MP when in FFWD/REW (and has been for some time). Changing codecs won't make a difference.
