Speed up & down chanels (1 Viewer)

When I install Media portal all runs perfectly. The speed of up and down chanels more or less is 4 sec. But in 7 days all goes worst. The Change of Chanels spend 15 -20 sec!!!.... The only solution that i found is desinstall all mediaportal and install all again.
Please any idea for solve this problem???
