When using this skin I get a blank screen after the MP splash screen.

BlueTwoWide does not have the same issue.

I've had this in the past when having the weather overlay plugin enabled (it seems that it can't be with the new SVNs....it keeps reverting to disabled when you go back into setup) and no overlay XML. Even though the overlay plugin is not enabled I tried copying the XML from BlueTwoWide, but same result.

I was using an SVN from about a week ago. I have since updated but still the same issue.

Is there something in the setup that i'm missing?


Just did a clean install of 0.2.2.0 and svn 12919 with the same result. The only "extra" I'm running is the MCE replacement plugin (only using the blaster part, not the driver).

Some people had this problem with my two other skins also. It has been solved by delete the contents of the fonts folder placed in the SpinSafe Revolve folder.

I also have that problem. Tryed with latest stable and latest SVN of MP.
Its the same on both my computers.

EDIT: It seems its a problem with the latest SVN, since none of my skins works now.
On BOTH computers.. Even Bluetwo.

Delete ALL PACKED files in skins folder used ie Blue two (usually 5 files including bkp) and restart.

Tryed that too, its still the same..

I had a similar problem and managed to fix it by going into the Setup for Plugins and disabling the WeatherOverlay. Weird thing, every time I enter the Setup, it seems to reactivate the WeatherOverlay. But as long as I stay out of Setup it works for the moment.

I have a little snag though, when I'm browsing my video library, I get "stuck" on the page selection arrows in the bottom right corner. I'm using an MCE remote. Only way to get away from it is exiting MediaPortal and try not to step onto the arrow icons again while browsing. This is in Icon view (normal size).

I'm using a day old SVN build.

Yes, i have also seen this, i have not looked for a solution for this yet.
I currently working on getting the basic home icons to Spin (glide) around for real.
I hope to relese a working beta tonight.

IT MOVES !!!!

I have uploaded a new version of this skin. Bigges change is that the icons on the basic home screen now floats around for real. BUT!! It still in development, to bee prefect it needs some fine tuning.

I have also changed the thumbs in the file listings, now the big icon view is the same size as the standard icon size where before and the standard icon size is now smaller so there are 3 rows insted of 2 like before.


You find it on MP mainpage as soon as it have been validated.
Why not download it and take it for a spin?

Hey guys,

Great work, I'm a fan of SpinSafe Nature.

But I had to swith back to Blue Two because of one bug present in every skin you made. Let's explain it : I use GForce visualisation plugin and when I want to display it fullscreen, the screen get's stuck and I have to close mediaportal from the task manager....

That would be great if you could fix this thing in order I can use your skins !!!
