Sporadic stuttering streaming tv (1 Viewer)

I have problems with stuttering sporadicly when streaming either Live TV or recorded TV, last time this happened and where the logs was taken from was
when i was streaming a recording and another tv was turned on streaming live-tv then the recording started stuttering until i stopped streaming live tv on the other tv.
This was the only mysterious i found in the logs, does anyone have an idea about what the problem can be? Codec issues ?

VMR9 is the DirectX9 video renderer so it may be an ffdshow codec issue or an nVidia issue.

Try:

Using a different Codec or update ffdshow
Updating the nVidia display driver
Run WindowsUpdate to check for DirectX updates

1GB seems a bit small especially if you have an Antivirus and other programs running in the background, and four TV tuners. Upgrade to 2GB if possible.
