Did you try the default password of MediaPortal?
Case sensitive.

Couldn't find the "above" answer. Not sure where it is but the search facility inside the forums forces you to read endlessly hoping to find simple answers, and google isn't any better when it's a new problem.

As mentioned above and during the installation process
the default password is "MediaPortal"

Please stay calm. The default password is MediaPortal. As stated in my previous post. Case sensitive.
