Stable 1.2.3 system becomes unstable after upgrade to 1.4.0 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

After upgrading my MP system from 1.2.3 to 1.4.0, it has become unstable:
- MP crashes once in a few days
- MP freezes regularly when using OnlineVideo
- Live TV does not Always start, saying "Cannot play live stream"

I don't know if this is all related, but my happiness with a super Media Center has decreased since the last upgrade. Can anybody look into this and tell me what is going on?

Hello Peter

First, I'm sorry you're having trouble. It is never pleasant.

Basically the first thing you need to do to fix this problem is update Titan. That will fix this problem:

[2013-08-27 22:38:11,424] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - ERROR: unknown control:<togglebutton>

I also recommend you update all your other plugins (OnlineVideos etc.).
If you still experience problems after that, please provide fresh log files using the watchdog tool:

Hi mm,

I followed your advice and updated Titan (From 1.4.0.302 to 1.4.0.312), the plugins were up to date already. The problem still exists, so maybe you can have another look at the 2 sets of log files.

Isn't it titan extended that needs updating? I seem to remember I had a similar problem. I might be wrong though.
