Standby mode (2 Viewers)

Wow. this gets confusing lol.

So I install powerscheduler++ and leave windows power settings enabled... will powersheduler use the windows settings and force them or does it run some other settings along side those?

    normal PowerScheduler runs along side them, so you would need to make sure that Windows is set to never standby in this instance.

    Hi robbo100 - I was going to install powerscheduler++ as per your guide.

    What would I set windows power settings to in that instance?

    ok, thanks robbo100.

    I have a SingleSeat setup. So I have powerscheduler++ set to "Desktop".
    Client side is enabled.

    I have EPG set up using XMLTV GUI/Radio Times.
    And the gaps I have MP set up to retrieve itself. The question is, do I need to set up EPG on Powerscheduler++?
    If so, any recommended settings for this?

    Sleep mode is not bad for your computer, especially when you have ssd.
    But, some people (like google) say that spinning down a hdd all the time is worse than let it spin (on).
