Start a bat file when launching MP (1 Viewer)

Hi.

I am a newbie to MP, but so far I think it is a great program.

A few Questions though

1) Is it possible to launch MP into MY TV at startup?
2) When I launch MP, I want to run a bat file, which starts up another program. How can I do that?
3) When I shutdown MP (Not Windows), I want to run another bat file, that shuts down a program. How can that be done?
