start mediaportal with MCE remote? (1 Viewer)

hi everyone
just wondering is there anyway to start mediaportal using the green button on a MCE remote?
when i installed powercinema, the green button starts powercinema instead of vista media center, but after i uninstalled powercinema it went back to media center
so i think it's possible to change what does the green button do under vista but how?
any help appreciated
