I am following this thread for a couple of months now, I sure hope Drak gets it done.

I own a TechnoTrend Nexus-S 1.6 (aka Skystar 1) and used MyTheatre before I turned to Tvedia. Tvedia is now the only HTPC software supporting the Skystar 1, but isn't supporting much plugins and doesn't have a large community to support the product. I allready was thinking of getting me myself a BDA DVB-S card, but I am having a problem with all software-decoded cards, because my Nexus 1.6 is so much better with it's own HW decoder!

So Draktheas... You better get this support done, so I can give Tvedia the boot!

If you need some more testers, count me in. I live in The Netherlands, have a Nexus 1.6 Satelite Card with a CI-adapter, (yes I need some CI support too, can't afford to lose my ehh... Canal+ subscription  )

Keep up the good work, Drak! Take your time for it, but please give us an update of development.

The project is currently on hold. Frodo is putting in new TV support and I don't want to have to redo all my changes when it is ready to go. So as soon as the new TV Engine is finallized and the code is in SVN, I will be working to integrate my changes into it.

Yes, the MPSA re-write is comlete. It is working on my system. But again, I don't know how well it is going to work with the current RC of MP nor with the new TV engine. So as soon as the new TV engine is available in the repository, I will be trying to get it integrated.

    Drak,

There is a 0.2.0.0 SVN branch.
I suggest you create a TT Premium build based on that to release to the general public.
It will be a while before the new TV engine is done to satisfactory results.

I just thought I'd ask if you have any plans on implementing it to the 0.2.0.0 branch or are you gonna be waiting for the new tv-engine? Comming back daily to the board to check this thread if there's any updates and would just like to know if I can stop doing this for a while or not

    Hi,

I'm also following the thread since quite a while and I'm really waiting for any result that I could use ...

What about the proposal from dman_lfc ? It would be great to have a solution working right now (even with limited functionallity). Is it too much work to release an version on the current tv engine ?

thanks and keep up the good work !

Thanks Drak for your hard work till now.
I read this thread today from the beginning of this project on and am very interested in your work.
Seems to be not an easy job.
We all users of the premuim cards hope you can give us a first version for testing soon!
