I have here 4 dvb-s pc cards and only one works on MediaPortal. I tested the cards under windows 7/8, x86/x64 with different drivers. I used for testing purposes a DvbDream as comparison: DvbDream was always working. I tested the cards under MediaPortal 1.2.3, 1.3-beta, 1.3-rc and 1.3. The not working cards are:
- WinTV Nova HD Usb2 (model 139xxx)
- Sundtek Ultimate III
- PCTV 452e
The working one:
- Cinergy s usb

Interestingly, the 139xxx one worked during one year and suddenly stopped,. apparently with no reason. It would be fine to put again on the work at least this one. The card scans but no video. Of course the whole was also tested with different versions of ATI drivers. I didn't test the card with Nvidia because it should be used in an AMD pc. Any idea about? Of course I can provide the logs if of interest for somebody.
Any idea also about this 75% of "defallance"? I would be really pleased about learning how to install correctly your software.

Ehi! I completely reseated the 139xxx and MP started working. Possibly the card was blocked after scanning. A normal reboot is insufficient. Anyway I belive that the issue is an USB one.
