Strange Behavior Recording during Audio Change (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a problem to record Live Sports @Sky

I have scheduled Formula1 on the weekend. TV Server starts 5min and record as requested.

Just short before the real show starts, i can see in the Log, that Mepo has a notice that a new Audiostream has been started

The problem now is, that my Client will choose the first audiostream which contains no Audiodata. So the view of this ts file is a black sreen without audio.But the client and server does not crash.
If i choose the second Audio stream + 15sec or -15sec everything is fine. I can watch the recording
I have tested this with my DD CineCTv6 and also with a FireDTV DVB-C. Its the same behavior.

I have tested also the *.ts file with MPC Classic. So there MPC only shows 2 Audiostreams instead of 3.
I personal thing, that tswriter or pmtgrabber has a problem.

Please give me a hint what exactly is needed to reproduce this.
