I made some updates to the Wiki page describing the <import> and <include> tags, including adding a couple of new xml examples. For the first example, I highlighted the example text and eventually found the location in the menus where I could select the CODE macro to have the example text formatted as a code example. So far, so good.
But for the second xml example, when I highlighted the example text, the line of editor icons near the top of the panel was greyed out, so I could not select the "+" icon which gives access to the additional formatting macros. I examined the example xml text carefully, and it has correctly matched angle brackets and double-quote chars, so I cannot see what is wrong with it.
Any ideas why I cannot mark that example text as code? The page is the following one, and the problem example text is near the bottom of the page:
