After running V0.2.2.0 of mediaportal for a long time and finaly installing an DVB-C card I took the time to install an newer version and also running the TV-Server. I followed the guide as good as possible and this is how I did it. It is on one box only. 1: Installed MS SQL and the SQL Server Management Studio Express. 2: Configured it following the guide. 3: Installed TVEngine3 Snapshot: 09-13-2007 10-15h Revision 15868 4: Configured it according to the guide. 5: Installed MediaPortal V0.2.3.0 RC2 6: Configured it. 7: Installed MediaPortal SVN-Snapshot: 09-13-2007 01-05h - Revision:15867 8: Configured it. 9: Installed the TVEngine3 client. When I whent into the config to remove all the tv cards there were none to delete, so I started MediaPortal and entered My TV. But here I didn´t get any question about what Channel Group I wanted to use, it just started the tv right away. When I wanna sort my channels I cant see any channels to sort at all but I dont have anyproblems watching tv with the scanned list. Were did I do something stupid?
