Hello all. I'm looking for a way to stream audio from MP over the lan when playing videos or dvd's or anything for that matter. IE, anytime MP is outputting sound, regardless of the source, I want that streamed over the network. I have my MP DVR setup on my primary local wired network. (192.168.0.0/24) I also have a secondary wireless network (192.168.2.0/24) I'm using for any network streaming and internet needs while roaming around the house. What I'd like to do is stream audio from the MP box across the wireless lan to my internet tablet. The idea is to allow me to wirelessly listen to what's playing on the screen via MP at full volume without waking the neighbors. Right now I have to have it turned way, way down (I tend to watch tv late, late at night), and if I could create something equivalent to a wireless headset setup by using my wireless land and my internet tablet, it'd make it easier for me to watch TV at any hour of the day without worrying about the neighbors calling the cops because it sounds like WW3 has erupted in my living room.

Also, I don't need to live stream the video, just the audio. One possibility, if MP doesn't do this itself, is to have some kind of background server that captures all local audio and sends it out as a media stream. I know shoutcast can't do that (at least not that I saw), so I'm kinda baffled as to what to use. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
