Streaming not working (2 Viewers)

Hi all!

I have a HTC Hero and try this steaming function with flash.
But it only plays for about 10 sec. After I have to start again it plays for 10-15 sec again.
I have not installed the Transcoder part. Is this a must for looking at streaming content??

BTW: Everything else works like a charm...
