Stuttering caused by tsreader / OnVideoFormatChanged (2 Viewers)

Hello!

I've still the problem, that i've sometimes stuttering caused by tsreader - i'm using DVB-C and there were some other guys who also uses DVB-C and have the same issue.

Things would be A LOT easier if you would just follow the bugreport guideline and keep in the hardwarespecification which is added automatically to your thread......

You can get all these information from "My System" under my Avatar - i thought this is enough - sorry. Here are my answers.

When does it stutter?

Sometimes - i cannot specifiy a specific sitation.

No on all SD Channels.

Video PDVD 8 and Audio AC3 - but it also happens when i select the microsoft ones or the MPV ones which comes with MP.

tried the combination of MPV for video and MPA for audio?

so the stutter occurs absolutely random?

I can answer to both questions with YES. In the last SVN Thread there were two other guys who had the same messages in log and stuttering.

I can compile MP mysefl - so if you've any idea for adding some debugging code or so - i'll do it.

i guess you use VISTA, right?

did you enable EVR in configuration?

since "when" (which svn build) do you encounter this issue?
maybe this is caused by the new dx9ex we introduced. not sure...

Yeah i'm using Vista EVR - sorry i cannot tell you since when i've this issue. MP was never stutter free for me. I've looked my first time into tsreader.log one or two weeks ago and noticed this and i was shure that this is not correct. (look at the strange resolutions)

OK i'll first try the "new" tsreader and report the result. If it doesn't fix the problem, i'll post / upload a ts file. But i've to check if it happens all the time on the same position. If not - in my opinion a recorded ts file doesn't help. But we'll see i'll report tomorrow.
