Stuttering/Freezing when selecting other audiostream!!! (1 Viewer)

I tried multiple version of MP, the stable release + various SVN.

I can playback my recordings in Nero, they run smooth and fine. Can also switch audio streams.

When I playback in MP, one audiostream seems to work, when I select the other one it terribly stutters and freezes, I am almost not able to get back to the menu and select the old stream again.

When I checked with graph edit, it says
Mped2demultiplxer => Nvidia Audio => Direct Sound
=> Nvidia Video => VMR9

When I try to play in WMP they playback. Unfortunatly I dont know where I can select the other audio stream in WMP, but the one WMP starts playback is running smooth.

Is there something wrong with the demultiplexer. I have no idea anymore.
Tried all codecs, but to no luck.

Are you using haali media splitter? I noticed that sometimes changing the audio stream (using haali media splitter) makes the movie "faster" (higher pitch in voice and higher framerate).

No I don't think so..

and BTW, many movies only play couple of minutes (maybe 14 or so). Then they freeze.
Stop and restarting helps.. but also only for a couple of minutes..
the files play fine in other media players..
