I've had a good search for this this issue, but have not seen any conclusive resolutions to it.
I am running MP 1.3.0b with Titan in 1920 x 1080. I have an issue with the Infoservice ticker at the bottom of the main screen whereby it seems to run smoothly for say a second, then it seems to pause of 1/2 or 1/4 of a second and so on. i guess this is not a problem as such, but it is something that should be smooth and flawless.
I'ved used MediaPortal for 2 - 3 years and as far as I can remember this has always been the case. I have played with various refresh rates without success MP Settings -> Screen Setup -> Scroll Speed -> Maximum FPS so I am unsure what to try next.
Is there anything else that I can try?
