Re: SubCentral v1.1.0 - download & manage subtitles (Moving Pictures/MP-TVSeries/othe

Is the latest version compatible with 1.2 Beta ? When I try to install it, I get an error that it only works with 1.2 Alpha edition.

You probably used wrong download link. There is a separate download link for 1.2 Beta only in plugin repository page.

I want to report a (very) small bug:

When I change the name of the plugin in mediaportal configuration, the plugin doesn't show anymore in movingpictures (with streamedMP)

I have searched very long for the reason why it wasn't show up like it should be.. When I renamed the plugin back to It's original title, the problem was solved.. When I rename It again, the problem is back.. So that's a bug I gues..:)

I'm not an expert in this area but the condition in the StreamedMP skin file is plugin.isEnabled(SubCentral).

Since the matching is done by the plugin name, of course this does not work for custom name.

I was always under impression that plugin.isEnabled() uses plugin ID instead but looking at the MP code it actually only uses the plugin name...

I think error is valid, I saw it in the code yesterday. Will do the testing and fix it for next release :)

Re: SubCentral v1.1.0 - download & manage subtitles (Moving Pictures/MP-TVSeries/othe

I have spent a lot of time searching but couldn't find a solution... can't use the plugin, error msg: "unable to load subtitledownloader library! is subtitledownloader.dll available?".

    Thanks in advance.

Hi, how did you install plugin? Manually or using MPEI? SubtitleDownloader.dll should be located in the same directory you have MediaPortal.exe in (usually c:\Program Files\Team MediaMortal\MediaPortal). If it is there, check the DLL version. Also, read first post about including logs when asking for support :)

Updated DLL from 2.6 to 3.0... will try it now... thanks!

Re: SubCentral v0.9.1 - download & manage subtitles (Moving Pictures/MP-TVSeries/othe

    Hello.
    Great plugin.
But the language: Portuguese, is brasilian, right?

Is it possible to add this site to plugin?

    LegendasDivx - Legendas em Português

This is the best site for Portuguese (pt-pt) subtitles download.
This site need registration, is that a problem?

If this could be added, its perfect for all portuguese people that uses MediaPortal.

    Any news?

Post this a few months ago, since then I went back to MP 1.1.3, but now I want to use 1.2 again and still have this issue, even though SubCentral has had an update in the meantime.
"System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined." error when trying to Download any subtitle. Default folder is "\", which, if I'm not mistaken, should be the same folder as the video file is located in.

Maybe I should add, the files are located on a mapped network drive that is mapped as "\\hostname\Videos" and ip adres / hostname are located in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.

"\" is root folder and not the folder where video is located in. "." is the folder where video is located in. Use "." instead of "\" and you'll be good.

This error you have does not cause any crashes or such but I will take a look at that scenario where "\" is used because it is valid absolute path and should be supported.
