I use MP full screen on a second 1280x1024 monitor but when I switch to a HD channel, the subtitles behave as if it's a 1920x1080 screen - i.e. they disappear off the sides of the screen like so:
(Usually this only occurs when the subtitles are on one side or the other - underneath the person speaking - but it sometimes happens when they should be in the middle.)
The same seems to happen when watching HD in a window and it also happens when playing back such a recording.
If you need a video sample to work on this I'll be happy to supply one and personally, if it's hard to fix, I'd be happy enough if you just force them to display in the middle.
