b]MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0 Windows Version: Windows XP Pro SP2 CPU Type: AMD Athlon 64 4000 Memory: 2048 MB Video Card: ATI Radeon X1800 XT Video Card Driver: Catalyst 8.4 Hi! Im using ffdshow (rev 1685) as video codec and vobsub (vsfilter 2.37) to display subtitles. VobSub is added as a post processing filter in Media Portal, subtitles in Media Portal itself and ffdshow are disabled. I use nero 8 (nero recode) to encode my movies (btw had the same problems with nero 7 before) in mpeg4 avc. Now in general, subtitles work fine. However, for some movies they appear in black --> unreadable. Ive tried to change colors in vobsub, without any effect though. Playing the affected movies in nero show time, the subtitles appear normal (white). Any suggestions? Thx! Nondrun ps: sry for double posting, got the wrong forum initially
