Subtitles not working on MP 1.2.3 (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

after upgrading to MP 1.2.3, movie subtitles are not loaded any more.
Specs:

Win 7 64bit
MP 1.2.3.
Codecs (default configuration after installing):

1. Gabest
2. FFDSHOW DXVA
3. MPC-MPA
4. FFDSHOW Audio
5. Default Direct Sound

Shark007 codecs are istalled
Haali MediaSplitter is NOT installed (I had no issues with MKV files so far)

No matter which Subs engine I select (MPC-HC or ffdshow), I can't get subs loaded. I don't want to use VobSub because it causes mkv files stutter.

Please share you working configurations.

You need a splitter for displaying subtitles?
I suggest you to try LAVF! =)

Thank you Holzi for your reply. I wonder why do I need a splitter now. I had no issues and no need for a splitter with MP 1.2.3
