I don't know where to put this comment, perhaps can somebody help me.
I have for many years used Mediaportal. For the last years as TV-Server. I've now migrated from mp1 to mp2 and that is a big step.
I'm using TBS9669Se and Sky cards for Swedish Telenor CAM and German channels. After figuring out where and how to use the Patch-files, it's now running out of the box and it'sfast, real fast.
I'm using the TV-Server plugin for Kodi. The Kodi client's give the opportunity that you have the same interface on all platforms. I have IOS, Win10 and Rasperry PI3.
I've also copied the backup plugin .dll for backup from mp1 to mp2 and it works very well. I have also copied the patched grabbers and channels from WEB EPG mp1 to mp2 and it work's also for german channels. Perhaps this story can show it's possible to migrate.
