I would also strongly recommend a really clean install, i.e. after doing a &quot;Full MP uninstall&quot; also uninstall MySQL and delete the Team Media Portal folder in C:/Program Data and MySQL folders in both C:/Program Files and Program Data. On re-install MP will also download and install a new MySQL.Hope that is of some help, please let us know how it goes.</blockquote>
