Linkshellextension will at least save you some harddiskspace.

I totally agree with dadeo and I could go either way that;
a) a variable can be dfined in config (the %fanart% for example)
b) We all agree on some solution with relative paths.

I guess b takes a bit of effort but as the major skins are doing this others will follow I guess.

Cant you not also set a relative path with multiimages? Not sure actually. It will take an absolute path, I'm sure off.

Yes absolute path works for me too, but I have not managed to get a relative path to work in a multiimage path.

For anyone interested in this issue, cul8er is currently expanding the X-Factor Fanart Handler plugin so it can be used in other skins. It enables a central location for fanart throughout MyMusic and MyVideos
