Suggestion for cover for hd movies (1 Viewer)

Ok I dont own PSD or other high end photo editors. Can anyone recommend a free application that would allow me to place these psd's on my covers?

Correct me if I'm wrong but we still do not have a release date for Media Portal 1.0.1 which Moving Pictures is dependant on for implementing issue 17. Plus I have some free time and wanted to dinker with some photos......

True but that does not then mean Moving Pictures will have logo support ready tomorrow. In fact I have a feeling it will be afew months still based on their forecast for when issue 17 will be incorporated. The last Moving Pictures update was over a month ago so I guess I'm just not as optimistic as most.
