Support for 4:3? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

is there any support for a 4:3 resulution?

The greates thing would be a complete optimzed version for 720x576.
If not possible, can anyone explain how to customize the existing one for 4:3? Where to start and which are the needed steps to do such a mod?

I'm busy porting StreamedMP to 4:3 format. I can tell you it takes a lot of work, mostly because documentation is scarce. It involves figuring out the structure of the skin, editing all images and all .xml files.

Right now the project lies dormant because I'm busy preparing for migration to Australia. I got pretty far and it was shaping up nicely before I had to put it away for a while. I will continue as soon as I've got the time to do so.

Just a little snippet to show everyone I'm really working on this...

I'm focussing on consistency and trying to get rid of all redundant files and code. Once things are consistent I'll start extending the skin to plugins etc. I also plan to make this skin as well documented as I can.

All backgrounds rotate through any images one places in the correspondng directories.
