AW: Re: Support for a site request thread

That's quite an impressive list of sites they support. When you watch a video from radbox, do you somehow get redirected to the original site?

I dont now exactly best are screenshots to explain it:
if logged in, this page show up 1.jpg (all your saved videos)

then if you click play, a black window comes up and it plays the video inside like in 2.jpg (it seems it gets the embedded player from the side)...

Indeed, you are correct.
Remember to only put the text between [CDATA[ and ]] in the appropriate sections

Ok - now that I understand what I am doing (thank you!) it seems to be working. Can you tell me:

1) What determines if a video buffers completely before playing? On the NBC channel (in online videos) they start playing almost immediately. However, on my new CBS site they don't play until they have downloaded completely. I've noticed this behavior on other sites before

2) How do I get a network (CBS) icon to show at the top level menu like it does for NBC, TED, etc?

thanks!

1: That's fully dependant on codecs. For me flv's start playing correctly, mp4's are either played after full download, or not at all...

2: You have to put some png's in the C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\OnlineVideos\banners and icons, with the name of your site.
Check some existing png's for the correct aspect ratio, and naming conventions!

That worked great, thanks. I'm happy to publish the CBS site for others to use. Do I just do that from the configuration somehow?

Just pm offbyone, he'll get you a password, and with that, you can publish the site in the onlinevideos configuration
