Hmm, strange thing is, in the configuration LuckyTV is enabled, but it is not locasted in mysites.. I have try to delete and add it, but still no luck.. Can yo try is it's working?
I do recall some issues with updating this.
Can you open the onlinevideosites.xml and manually delete it from there?
After that autoupdate should work

I can also confirm regarding LuckyTV. I think it's enabled as default in plugin but I don see it listed in mysites. Afterwards I deleted it manually from OnlineVideoSites.xml, an then added from MP in onlinevides but it is still not listed in mysites...

What I do want you to try, is to open the onlinevideosites.xml in a text editor (f.e. notepad), find the section of luckytv and delete the part from
<Site name="LuckyTV" util="LuckyTV" up to and including the next </Site>.
Then, save the file, start mediaportal, goto the SiteManager locate luckytv and add.
From there on, luckytv should be present in your list, and working.
If however, after these steps it's still not working, I want to see the resulting onlinevideos.xml

First time I did all the steps as you wrote in your post, but I did it one more time. When I was deleting LuckyTV it was in middle of OnlineVideoSites.xml, than added it in SiteManager and now it's the last entry in OnlineVideoSites.xml. But I still don't see it in list of my sites.
