i dunno wether this sites were already mentioned, but i would suggest

LiveLeak.com - Redefining the Media and music videos on demand | AudioTube.

they both offer rss feeds.
liveleak even offers an interesting link to FileHero.com - File tasks at your service! No software needed! , which can extract video links from any website and create some kind of playlist. maybe u can use this site for some reasons...?!

How about adding support for Trailer Addict- Movie Trailers ? The documentation for the api is @ Trailer Addict API. You can use this greasemonkey script http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/30444.user.js as an example on how to download the flv.

Due to copyright and other legal reasons, South Park video content cannot be viewed outside the United States.

So what would you do with that support Mickey2Eyes?

If I can't view the site from here (Germany) I can't get it supported in MEdiaPortal, but maybe someone from the US could step up and do a little coding.

I don´t think so. Wikipedia says, its not longer possible to watch american southpark from germany.
I can´t watch them.
As I read, in the future there will be a french southpark side...
